‘Regenerative visions – beyond sustainability’

In June this year, we will together explore the questions:
In five days, 60 participants from diverse backgrounds will travel through nature’s wisdoms, regenerative leadership, businesses and organisations, exponential technologies and beyond.
Join us in connecting the dots and creating ideas for regenerative life-affirming businesses powered by exponential technologies.
Where and how?
The camp will be held in Copenhagen either fully physically, in a hybrid format or fully virtually depending on the pandemic and recommendations from the Danish authorities. Most likely, the camp will be a combination of virtual and physical elements.
When
Applications for Founders of Tomorrow 2021 closed on 30th of April 2021. We thank all applicants and will let you know the selection results by 10th of May.
For whom
We are looking for a diverse group of individuals with curiosity towards impact, emerging technologies and new business models. You can be a techie or a non-techie, an aspiring or a more experienced entrepreneur, an employee “an intrapreneur”, or something else. What we are looking for is people with motivation, openness, commitment to making a difference, and a belief that best ideas are born in diverse teams.
About participation
The program is held in English. In order to be eligible to join, you will need to be a resident or citizen of Denmark and above the age of 18.
Keep in mind that seats to the program are limited. This means that if you are selected and accept a seat, you are expected to participate in the program fully. The program consists of long days between 8: 30-20: 00 during which you will not be able to catch up on work or studies.
Supported by Danish Industry Foundation, participation in Founders of Tomorrow is free-of-charge, including learning materials and meals. Participants coming from outside of Copenhagen will need to organize travel and accommodation at their own expense.

Program overview
We’ll begin by unfolding the question ‘why do we need regenerative visions for building companies of tomorrow?’. We’ll dive into regenerative leadership and how to create the foundations for life-affirming businesses. And we’ll start to envision regenerative futures and get ready for the journey ahead.
On the second day, we’ll open up to what nature can teach us. We’ll travel through nature’s wisdom and the logic of life. We’ll also dig into the logic of the digital and how it relates to our questions. We’ll dive deep into biomimicry and biotechnology, learning from the thinkers and doers on the edge and discussing the big questions on the future of life.
On the third day, we’ll open up our eyes to (eco)systems and key drivers towards regenerative futures. We’ll be inspired and challenged by pioneers using exponential tech in realising regenerative visions in energy, food, production and living. We’ll reflect on questions of transition towards regenerative futures and our role in it.
We’ll begin the day by learning from entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in the frontlines of the regenerative movement. We’ll transition through reflection and play into creating ideas for solutions that can take us closer to realising regenerative visions using exponential technologies.
On this day, we’ll hone in on the ideas that have emerged during the ideation. We’ll come together and pitch the ideas and share our insights on regenerative tech and business with the wider ecosystem. We’ll look ahead and reflect on what we’ll bring home and what role we wish to take in the quest towards realising regenerative visions.
